We currently ship within Northern Ireland.
We do our best to pack and ship orders promptly, usually within 3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect information.

Due to the nature of our products (perishable beverages), we cannot accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order (e.g., damaged in transit or incorrect item), please contact us at hello@leavesandrootskombucha.com within 7 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right.
